Native to southern India, the use of Neem Oil dates back to 4000 B.C. where it was often referred to as Sarva Roga Nivarini, or “the curer of all ailments”. Mild, nourishing, and naturally rich in fatty acids, Neem Oil has been known to help relieve dry and Itchy Skin.
Neem oil has some comparable properties very similar to some steroid medications out there but without any side effects. What is Neem? It is a bitter, cool and astringent herb. Helpful for healing wounds and to combat skin diseases such as Eczema or Psoriasis.

I bought this salve in hopes it would address 2 skin issues – as a preventative to the rash breakouts as a reaction to natural deodorants and “turkey” neck from wearing scoop and v-necks when gardening (am an avid gardener – actually should call it “gardeners’ neck”!). To my amazement, This salve resolved both conditions! And made my shoulders and underarms super soft as well! Multi-purpose!
