Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your EO Healing skincare as much as we love creating it for you. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund (must be new/unopened or gently used - minimum 75% full to be accepted for a refund). Returns are at the customer’s expense (EO Healing is not responsible for return shipping cost)

 

Please note, we do not offer any product exchanges at this time.

 How it works:

1.   Contact our customer care team at clientcare@eohealing.com within 30 days of initial purchase. (We must receive the product within 30 days after the initial inquiry)

2.   Returns are at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, EO Healing will not cover return shipping costs.

 

3.   Once we receive your product back, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Your skin deserves to feel nourished, balanced, and radiant, and we want you to shop with complete confidence.

Note: We carefully monitor returns and refunds to ensure a fair experience for all our customers. If we determine that our return policies have been misused, we reserve the right to limit or refuse the return. Any such determination will be made at our sole discretion and is final. While we are not required to share specific details of our review process, we will notify you if a refund is declined due to policy misuse.
