Shipping Schedule

Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing an order, please email us at clientcare@eohealing.com.

Local Pickup

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification that your order is being processed. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of placing an order, please email us at clientcare@eohealing.com.

Once your order is processed and completed, you will be notified by text or by an email for pick up at our retail location Unit 109, 12025 Nordel Way Surrey, BC

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our Handmade products, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. As per our store policy, we do not offer refunds on unused products.

If an item is damaged or is defective, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Please kindly send us a picture of the product along with your order number and we will provide the same item.
