An expert skin consultation should be the first step you should take when you are considering new skincare. This process allows you to gain advice on what is best for your individual needs and concerns.

During the initial consultation, our skin expert will acknowledge your concerns, go over your diet intake, your daily skin regime and any underlying health issues you may have that might be impacting your skin. We go through a series of questions with you.

Please note, we do not diagnose you but instead guide you in the right direction and refer you to the appropriate experts in the fields who could help you out.

Next, our expert will analyse your skin manually before discussing the details of your skin’s current condition with you.

We offer a 15 minutes complimentary consultation at our retail store front. The complimentary consultation is done by our trained Skin consultants.
