Carving out a little time for yourself to engage in full moon rituals is a great way to enhance your self-care routine.
Rituals come in many shapes and sizes, and there are an infinite variety of ways to harness the energies of the Moon and celebrate the changing phases.
In this workshop, we will go over ways to cleanse your aura and cleanse your mind using visualization, meditation, smudging, essential oils, and sound bath. We will focus on writing affirmations, learning ways to release inner turmoil and how to manifest your goals.
Come join us under the luminous glow of the full moon for an enchanting and transformative experience at Nectar Yoga (Bowen Island) on July 30 from 7 PM to 830 PM.
Come dressed in comfortable attire, and feel free to bring any personal items or crystals that hold special significance to you. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment, fostering a sense of community and unity among participants.
